PrepQuid is a beginner’s strength training programme which focuses on increasing athletes’ abilities to generate force and power in sporting settings. This 3x per week gym programme looks to develop full-body muscular strength through the use of basic compound movements.
The goal of the programme is to increase the body’s potential for force development in order to translate to increased Sprint Speed, Jumping Power, Throwing Velocity, Tackling Ability, and General Physical Strength. Download the programme HERE.
