We are very proud to present the Prep10 programme! This is our 10 week strength programme designed to help athletes gain strength and increase proficiency in the core compound lifts.

We have worked hard to bring you what we have found to be a very comprehensive strength programme. Prep10 works to build up a solid strength base through its precise exercise selection and programming calculations, and then converts this into proficient lifting at heavy weights.
The programme is split into 4 phases: Hypertrophy, Transition, Intensity, and Deload. This is a highly flexible programme, allowing lifters to customise training in accordance with their individual needs. The free spreadsheet also contains various charts and formulas to help lifters track progress throughout the cycle. This programme also works well for overall strength training; it has great carry-over for non-powerlifters who are just looking to get stronger. It is not easy, but those who persevere should expect to see vast improvements across the board.
